What if a school district somewhere in America had decided late last year to save its taxpayers a bit of money over the next year by ridding itself of some of the more useless members of its "educational" establishment. And, if the sudden appearance of billions in "Obamamoney" last January had induced that same school district to change its mind, would this constitute an education job "saved" ?
