The third effort resulting from the bumpy ride to Stanton yesterday.

In this case it's the Script-Fu>Photo-Effects>Artistic>Cartoon filter that was used. The cartoon original was on a little plateau overlooking the rest of Stanton--the path leading up to it was called "The Path".
